The short version

CoverLetterFacts has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no third-party advertising trackers. The site is static — every page is pre-built HTML with no client-side scripts running in your browser.

What we collect

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical request data for every visit — things like IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for security and reliability purposes. We don't use this data to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell or share it.

We may in the future use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Any such tool would not use cookies or fingerprinting to track individuals across sites. If that changes materially, we'll update this page.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies. If we later add privacy-preserving analytics, we will keep this section accurate to reflect it.

Third-party links

Some pages link to external resources (for example, the U.S. Department of Labor's O*NET database). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control.
